1. Where is HAYDAY! 2018 taking place?
Haystack Gardens, 148 E. Gower St., Cannon Beach, Oregon

2. What are the hours of the event?
VIP - Doors open at 2 pm
G/A  - Doors open at 3 pm
Last beer poured at 7 pm

3. How much does is cost to get in?
Online pre-sale through August 24: $20 GA/$40 VIP
Day of door price: $30 GA/$60 VIP

Additional tokens are sold in packs – 1 for $1.50, 7 for $10, 16 for $20, or 30 for $30. Each 3 oz. standard pour is one token, each premium pour is 2 tokens, 12 oz.  standard pours are 4 tokens, 12 oz. premium pours are 8 tokens. Tokens are non-refundable.

4. Can I buy tickets on the same day as the event?
Tickets are limited, and may sell out in advance. HAYDAY! Is for guests 21 years of age and older.  Guests will need to show a valid I.D. 

5. What is the appropriate ID to get in?
The OLCC will accept 1) a VALID driver's license with a photo from any state; 2) a current passport; 3) a DMV Identification card; and 4.) a military card. The state identification card and/or the military card must bear a picture of the person, the person's name, address, date of birth, a physical description and the signature of the person.

6. How are you going to entertain me?
Live music with Cannon Beach’s own Adams & Costello and PDX musician Britnee Kellogg.

7. Can I bring in bottled water?
No outside beverages of any kind may be brought in. Bottled water will be available at a reasonable cost.

8. Can I bring in food and beverage?
Outside food, beverages or coolers are not allowed. Food and beverages are available for purchase, along with soda, bottled water, handcrafted ales and regional wines and more.

9. Can I purchase food and merchandise with tokens?
No, food and merchandise are cash or credit card only. 

10. Are growlers available for purchase at the event?
Yes, special Hayday commerative growlers will be available for fill with the beer of your choice, while supplies last.

11. When do the taps shut down?
Last call is at 6:45 pm, last served is 7:00 pm and everyone out by 7:30 pm.

12. Can I bring my dog?
We love dogs but with exception of service animals, pets are not allowed on the grounds or inside the event area. 

13. Can I leave the event area?
No re-entry is allowed. 

14. Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. 

15. What about cannabis?
Even though cannabis is legal in the privacy of your own home, it is illegal on the premises (in all forms) and is prohibited.

16. Can I bring my kids? Do kids get in free?
HAYDAY! is for guests 21 years of age and older. Guests will need to show a valid I.D. 

17. Does HAYDAY accept credit cards or checks?
HAYDAY accepts credit cards and cash at the door and the merchandise area. HAYDAY does not accept checks.

18. Where do I park? Is there a fee?
Parking in CB can be a challenge. That said, there are several public lots in town including one adjacent to Haystack Gardens. Parking is free in Cannon Beach. 
Some hotels provide shuttle service; hotel guests may want to check directly with them. 
Guests are welcome to drop off those who are unable to walk from any parking area to the venue. 

19. What if it rains?
Most of HAYDAY! takes place under a tent. All events are held rain or shine.  

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: The following activities can lead to ejection from the venue property without refund: Public indecency/public urination Fighting Drinking alcohol under the legal age of 21 or furnishing a minor with alcohol
